Shipping policy

All products are made to order and will ship within 5-8 days, excluding weekends and holidays. Pre-Orders will ship as soon as they become available.

Please note, your shipping time you choose at checkout only applies to the shipping speed of your order and is not guaranteed with the shipping companies. Our turnaround time is still the same no matter what shipping speed you choose. 

If packages are returned to sender, refunds will only be applied to the physical products and not the shipping. 

We are not responsible for lost packages.
