Refund policy
Returns and Exchanges
We accept returns within 72 hours from the date of delivery. To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, in the same condition as received, and in its original packaging. To initiate a return, please contact our customer support team at support@fangearcentral.com with your order details and reason for return.
Once the returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, a refund will be processed to your original payment method within 7 business days. We offer exchanges for the same item in a different size or color, subject to availability. Please contact our customer support team to initiate an exchange.
Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the item is damaged, defective, or the wrong item was received.
Certain items such as personalized or customized products are not eligible for return.
Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order immediately upon delivery and contact us within 72 hours if your items are defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item or are missing an item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
If your order gets returned to us due to insufficient address or incorrect address on your order, you will need to pay shipping again in order for us to reship the package back to you.
